PIO-6MS series fully automatic PET bottle blowing machine can mainly produce bottles of 250ml-600ml, with a theoretical production speed of 8000-9000BPH. It can blow mineral water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, daily chemical bottles, condiment bottles, cosmetic bottles, and high-temperature filling juice beverage bottles.

1. Perform Feeding By Servo Drive

1) Precise Positioning: The servo drive system can precisely control the positioning of preform feeding. For example, in a high-speed running bottle blowing machine, the positioning error of preform feeding can be controlled within an extremely small range, generally reaching ±0.1mm or even smaller. This ensures that each preform can accurately enter the corresponding position of the mold, thereby improving the qualification rate of bottle forming and reducing the rejection rate caused by position deviation.

2) Rapid Response: Servo motors feature fast response characteristics. The time from startup to reaching the set speed is extremely short, usually completed within tens of milliseconds. Compared with traditional driving methods, this can greatly shorten the cycle time of preform feeding, increase the number of preforms fed per unit time, and thus improve the overall production efficiency of the bottle blowing machine.

3) Efficient Operation: Servo motors themselves have high operating efficiency, generally reaching 80% - 90%, which is higher than that of some traditional motors. This reduces energy loss during conversion and transmission, further lowering production costs.

2. High-strength mold frame

To prevent the clamping mechanism from position deformation caused by the mold's own weight and stress during long-term use, we have specially customized a high-quality mold frame, which greatly improves the operational stability of the entire station.

3. Heating system: Infrared (IR) lamps

4. Heating system: Precise temperature control

1) Core principle: Heat is transferred through infrared radiation emission, which is directly absorbed by heated objects such as preforms to achieve rapid temperature rise.

2) Advantages: High heat conversion efficiency and fast heating speed; strong infrared penetrability ensures more uniform heating of preforms (reducing temperature difference between surface and interior). The heating temperature can be precisely controlled by adjusting power or the number of lamps, adapting to the heating needs of preforms made of different materials.
 

1) Optimized lamp layout: Scientific arrangement ensures 360° all-round heating of preforms without dead angles.

2) Matching number of oven: Multi-light-boxes work in a divided manner to enable gradual heating of preforms, reducing local overheating caused by sudden high temperatures and thus preventing preform crystallization or deformation.

3) Independent temperature control for single lamp: Each lamp is equipped with a corresponding independent temperature controller, allowing precise adjustment of the power of a single lamp or a group of lamps according to the preform material, specification, or production speed.

5. High Clamping Force makes the bottle shape better

High-pressure mold clamping system: Equipped with a built-in O-ring pressure boosting plate, high-pressure air is introduced instantaneously when the mold is closed, bottles can be better shaped.

6. All Bottle Blowing Actions Are Fully Electric.

1) In the bottle blowing machine, core actions such as preform feeding, shifting, mold clamping and stretching are driven by servos.

2) The motion control is more precise, improving molding stability, with action errors controlled within 0.1mm or even at the micrometer level.

3) Faster response adapts to high-speed production – the start-up, acceleration and deceleration time of servo motors is much shorter than traditional drives (pneumatic cylinder response delay is about 100ms, while servo can be controlled within 10ms).
