Product Description

1. Servo-driven Preform Feeding 

1) High-precision control, enhancing feeding accuracy
Servo motors, equipped with encoders for real-time feedback on position and speed, can precisely control the displacement and angle of preform feeding. This ensures accurate alignment of preforms with the blow molding machine's molds or conveyor tracks, minimizing issues such as jamming and misalignment.
2)High response speed, improving production efficiency
Servo motors feature extremely short response times (in milliseconds) for startup, stop, and speed changes, enabling them to quickly match the production rhythm of blow molding machines. This reduces waiting time in the feeding process and increases the overall operating speed of the production line.
3) Stable operation, reducing preform loss
Servo motors deliver stable torque output, ensuring uniform force application during preform feeding. This minimizes preform deformation and damage caused by impact and vibration, especially for preforms made of brittle materials like PET.
4) Low maintenance requirements, extending equipment lifespan
The stability of the drive system reduces mechanical impact on feeding mechanisms (such as conveyors and forks), thereby extending the service life of related components.

2. Infrared Heating Lamps

ΔWorking Principle: The filament (such as tungsten filament) inside the lamp heats up when energized, radiating infrared rays (mainly medium and far infrared rays). It directly heats both the surface and interior of the preform by utilizing the thermal radiation characteristics of infrared rays.

ΔFeatures:

1)High heating efficiency with concentrated energy, enabling rapid temperature rise of preforms;
2)The wavelength can be customized according to the preform material (for example, PET has higher absorption efficiency for specific wavelengths of infrared rays), offering strong adaptability;

3. Full-servo Blow Molding Operation: Precise Control With High-efficiency Response

4. An Integrated Design of Perform Holder

For the production of bottles of different specifications and types, there is no need for complex overall transformation or debugging of the heating system. Only a simple operation is required: pull out the holder that is not needed currently and put in the corresponding required holder to quickly complete the switch.
It significantly saves time and has a wide range of applications.

5. HMI: Intelligent Operation Hub, Simplifying Production Control

1) Full-process data visualization for clear production status
The HMI interface features a high-definition touchscreen design, displaying core operating parameters of the blow molding machine in real-time through charts, numbers and dynamic simulations, allowing operators to grasp information intuitively.

2) User-friendly operation adapting to multiple scenarios

Δ Quick parameter adjustment: For multi-variety production, pre-set bottle parameter templates can be directly called up on the interface, enabling parameter switching in just 3-5 minutes during product changeover.
Δ One-touch operation: Integrates core function buttons such as "Start/Stop", "Manual/Auto Mode Switch" and "Emergency Stop" with clear icon guidance, allowing even new operators to master quickly.
Δ Fault diagnosis assistance: Built-in fault code database displays fault causes, troubleshooting steps and solutions synchronously when equipment alarms, reducing downtime for maintenance.

3) Intelligent integration empowering efficient productionThe HMI usually seamlessly connects with the equipment's servo systems, sensors and MES systems, enabling closed-loop control linkage, remote monitoring & management, and historical data tracing.

Machine with wooden case or wooden base packaging, which are suitable for long distance transportation, antirust and damp proof, shockproof and anti-rough-handling, suitable for sea, land transportation and integral lift.

Delivery

60 days after the down payment

Both parties need confirm the bottle drawing within 20 days after down payment

Buyer shall send preforms for testing within 20 days before machine delivery

After Sales Service

Warranty

Seller guarantees the equipment achieves technical performance index within the time appointed by both parties in contract

Seller guarantees to be responsible for any defect, fault and damage resulted from seller’s responsibility by design, manufacture, installation and commissioning

The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or 15 months since deliver to loading port.
