1. High-efficient preform supply system

 Fully-automatic preform-unscrambled and preform-loading structure, which not only achieve faster and high-efficient preform-unscrambled and preform-loading, but also improving the stability of the whole machine running process. There is a sensor installed in the preform down-track, when the preform track lack of preform, the preform will be delivered into the preform-unscrambled system from the hopper automatically. And the one-way preform-inserted design can solve the preform-blocked and preform abrasion problem.

2.  Preform inlet unit:
Preform are distributed equidistance. The stroke and speed of servo motor are easy adjusted through the HMI. All complicated process are done by digitization, safe, fast and accurate. Compare with the traditional server-ways preform-divided, cylinder type preform-divided etc, the servo motor control one-way preform-divided, speed is more faster and position is more accurate.
3. Preform heating unit:

 The blow molding machine features a centralized, suspended heating structure that maintains uniform rotation during the heating process. This design ensures even heating of the preforms, resulting in higher transparency. The system incorporates optical reflective aluminum panels to fully utilize the heat from the lamps, thereby reducing heating time, lowering energy consumption, and enhancing production capacity. Each layer and lamp within the heating chamber can be individually adjusted for temperature and position, allowing for precise customization based on different preform specifications. Additionally, the chamber has an intelligent temperature control system that activates when internal temperatures are excessively high, ensuring a stable and uniform temperature environment

4. Top-Mounted Blow Molding Structure:
 This blow molding machine features an upper-positioned servo-driven stretching system with the high-pressure air tank placed above. This design facilitates direct bottle discharge, allowing finished products to connect seamlessly to the air conveyor for transportation. Compared to traditional linear machines, it reduces unnecessary actions such as reverse clamping. Positioning the high-pressure air tank above brings it closer to the blow valve, significantly reducing high-pressure air loss in the pipeline and enhancing gas utilization efficiency. Additionally, this configuration is advantageous for recycling used air for subsequent pre-blowing stages and for driving mechanical components requiring low-pressure air. Overall, this design reduces power consumption and improves machine stability.
5. Servo mold-clamping system:

 The clamping system is powered by a single servo motor and utilizes a mechanical linkage transmission. The mold and base mold are synchronized through the servo motor during the clamping process, ensuring high precision and stability. The rear of the mold frame is equipped with a high-pressure booster plate and a high-pressure locking device, effectively reducing the visibility of the clamping line on finished bottles and enhancing their aesthetic quality. The machine's mold frame features a drawer-style structure with mold slots, eliminating the need for positioning during mold changes and facilitating quick mold replacement for customers. Operators can typically complete mold changes within twenty minutes, improving production efficiency.
