Introduce
The jar bottle blowing machine is a device used to make plastic granules or preforms into wide-mouth plastic bottles, which is widely used in food, beverage, medicine and other industries.
PIO-2JAR2L adopts an advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance. In terms of temperature control, ruby lamps are used for heating, which has strong penetration. The preforms rotate and revolve in orbit, so the heating is uniform, fast and reliable; the width and height of the lamp tubes and reflective plates in the heating area can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms with different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel. At the same time, high-pressure boosting and double-bend arm clamping are used, and the clamping force is strong. The gas path design divides the action and blowing into three parts to meet the needs of different air pressures for blowing and action; the safe, reliable and unique reading position design makes the gas path clear at a glance.

Quickly changeover
Thanks to the integrated design of the holder, the mouth sealer directly seals the bottom of the holder, so the worker only needs to remove the unnecessary holder and put in the required one. 60 holders can be replaced in 10 minutes.
Wide compatibility, the bottle mouth size can be from 28mm to 130mm. The maximum bottle diameter can be 130mm, and the maximum bottle height is 300mm.
Adopt 3 servo drives. Shift servo, mold closing servo, stretching servo. The key actions are all driven by servo motors, and the actions are accurate and efficient.

Seller guarantees to be responsible for any defect, fault and damage resulted from seller’s responsibility by design, manufacture, installation and commissioning
The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or 15 months since deliver to loading port.
