Product Description

1. Servo-driven Preform Feeding 

1) High-precision control, enhancing feeding accuracy
Servo motors, equipped with encoders for real-time feedback on position and speed, can precisely control the displacement and angle of preform feeding. This ensures accurate alignment of preforms with the blow molding machine's molds or conveyor tracks, minimizing issues such as jamming and misalignment.
2)High response speed, improving production efficiency
Servo motors feature extremely short response times (in milliseconds) for startup, stop, and speed changes, enabling them to quickly match the production rhythm of blow molding machines. This reduces waiting time in the feeding process and increases the overall operating speed of the production line.
3) Stable operation, reducing preform loss
Servo motors deliver stable torque output, ensuring uniform force application during preform feeding. This minimizes preform deformation and damage caused by impact and vibration, especially for preforms made of brittle materials like PET.
4) Low maintenance requirements, extending equipment lifespan
The stability of the drive system reduces mechanical impact on feeding mechanisms (such as conveyors and forks), thereby extending the service life of related components.

2. Infrared Heating Lamps

ΔWorking Principle: The filament (such as tungsten filament) inside the lamp heats up when energized, radiating infrared rays (mainly medium and far infrared rays). It directly heats both the surface and interior of the preform by utilizing the thermal radiation characteristics of infrared rays.

ΔFeatures:

1)High heating efficiency with concentrated energy, enabling rapid temperature rise of preforms;
2)The wavelength can be customized according to the preform material (for example, PET has higher absorption efficiency for specific wavelengths of infrared rays), offering strong adaptability;

4. An Integrated Design of Perform Holder

For the production of bottles of different specifications and types, there is no need for complex overall transformation or debugging of the heating system. Only a simple operation is required: pull out the holder that is not needed currently and put in the corresponding required holder to quickly complete the switch.
It significantly saves time and has a wide range of applications.

The HMI interface features a high-definition touchscreen design, displaying core operating parameters of the blow molding machine in real-time through charts, numbers and dynamic simulations, allowing operators to grasp information intuitively.

Seller guarantees to be responsible for any defect, fault and damage resulted from seller’s responsibility by design, manufacture, installation and commissioning

The warranty time is 12 months since acceptance of the equipment or 15 months since deliver to loading port.
